What We Collect
Adovia Pro collects the following data when you connect a social media account:

What we do NOT collect:
- Individual follower identities or demographics
- Private messages or DMs
- Content of your posts (captions, images, or video). We store only post details and metrics.
- Any data from users who have not signed in to Adovia Pro
How We Use Your Data
- To display your own analytics in your private dashboard
- To generate AI-powered posting-time recommendations using your own engagement history
- To identify when re-authentication is needed
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run Adovia Pro: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), PostHog (product usage analytics, without the content of your posts or your followers' information), and Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI Processing
Your engagement data (post times, engagement rates) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate posting-time recommendations. This data is processed only for this purpose and is subject to Anthropic's data processing terms. No personal information about your followers is included in AI prompts.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Adovia Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data (subscriber counts, engagement metrics, audience geography) only to provide the in-app analytics dashboard to the account owner. We do not share, sell, or use Google data to train AI models. We do not display Google data to other users.
To generate your posting-time recommendations, YouTube engagement metrics are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, a service provider acting on our behalf. This data is used only to produce your own recommendations and is not used to train generalized AI models.
TikTok
If you connect a TikTok account, Adovia Pro reads your profile information, follower count, and video performance metrics to show your analytics and recommendations. We never post, comment, or change anything on your account.
Data Retention
- Social account metrics: retained while your account is active. Deleted when you disconnect an account or delete your Adovia Pro account.
- AI-generated insights: retained for up to 90 days after generation.
- Authentication tokens: deleted immediately upon disconnecting an account or account deletion.
Your Rights
- Access: View all data we have about you in your dashboard.
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account & Data. This is irreversible.
- Portability: Contact us to request an export of your data.
- Revocation: Disconnect any platform account at any time to stop collection and delete that account's tokens.
Data Deletion
To delete your Adovia Pro account and all associated data:
- In the app: Settings → Delete Account & Data. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
- By email: send a request to support@adoviapro.com from the email on your account. We complete email requests within 30 days.
You can also remove Adovia Pro's access to any connected platform at any time:
- Instagram (Meta): submit a data deletion request through your Facebook Settings.
- YouTube: remove access from your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
- TikTok: remove access from the app permissions section of your TikTok settings.

Security / Data Protection
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your information, including Google user data received through YouTube APIs.
In transit. All data transmission between your device, our servers, and the connected platforms uses TLS/HTTPS.
At rest. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault (AES-256). Tokens are decrypted only in-memory on our servers. They are never sent to the client, never placed in a URL, and never written to application logs.
Access control. Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can only access their own records. Vault decrypt functions are restricted to the server service role. Humans do not read Google user data except as needed to investigate a security issue or a bug, or as required by law.
Least privilege. We request only read access. For YouTube: youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. For TikTok: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, and video.list. Tokens are revoked and deleted from Vault immediately when you disconnect an account or delete your Adovia Pro account.
Children
Adovia Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and notify you in the app.
